A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance may transfer the deposit to a future appointment (one-time courtesy).
